Rachel Kranitz

Rachel has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and finance transformation across complex global organizations. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager of Lease Accounting at GE HealthCare, where she led financial reporting and technical accounting initiatives for a $250 million global real estate portfolio and played a key leadership role in ASC 842 implementation and IPO readiness. Prior to that, Rachel held a series of senior controllership roles at General Electric, where she led enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives, enhanced governance and compliance frameworks, and oversaw SEC reporting for multiple registrants. Kranitz began her career at PwC.
